overview of the instrument
Environmental stress cracking resistance testing machine is mainly used to determine the environmental stress cracking resistance of polyethylene copolymer and other 1-olefin monomer content less than 50% (mass fraction) and non-olefin monomer content with functional group less than 3% (mass fraction) of copolymer under specified conditions.
the implementation of standards
According to the test equipment recommended by GB/T1842-1999 and ASTMD1693:1997 "Environmental stress cracking test Method for polyethylene plastics", a set of experimental equipment for polyethylene plastics environmental stress cracking test is designed. This test device retains the technical requirements of the prototype device, and has some innovation in structure.
the instrument structure
The whole set of test equipment is composed of five devices: sample cage, sample device, sample bending device, sample transfer clamp and constant temperature bath. The device has perfect structure and advanced technology.
